Returns, Exchange & Damage Policy
• A full parcel opening 360° video is mandatory for any damage-related complaint. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning until the damaged area of the product is visible.
• Complaints without a valid 360° unedited video will not be accepted.
• Edited, tampered, or fake videos will not be considered.
Exchange Policy
• Only the same product will be exchanged.
• No refunds will be provided.
• Exchanges are allowed only in case of damage or defects.
• Requests for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Delayed complaints (after 24 hours) will not be accepted.
• If the product is received damaged, a full unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video must be clear, continuous (unedited), and shared via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
• As per company policy, we do not offer refunds on any products sold.
• Products once sold can only be exchanged (for the same item) in case of damage/defect.
• In case of payment failure or transaction disputes, please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to be processed and credited back to your bank account.
